Morgan Quicke, County Administrator Commerce Parkway Maintenance and IDA Building Parking Lot Repaving Sealed Offers for work related to two (2) identified projects for Richmond County, Virginia. The projects are in different locations but are included as one offer rather than as separate offers. The projects are identified as follows: Project A The maintenance and improvement of the Commerce Parkway for VDOT acceptance. These include: Building a gravel T-reversal, filling in the settlement area, Parge drop, inlet connections, replacing signs, cape sealing, lane markings, storm sewer video inspection, project B Milling and repairing the IDA parking lot according to the construction drawings. Bids will be accepted until 2 p.m. local time on October 19, 2021 in the office of the District Office. The commandments are opened to the public and read aloud. Bids received after this point will not be accepted. A pre-conference (not required) will be held at the Richmond County Administration Office on October 12, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. Bids may be withdrawn in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Code of Virginia.
